Congratulations on completing the electrification at Severn Tunnel which will allow GWR Class 800 & Class 802 IET trains to run fully electric from London Paddington to Cardiff Central. As Gatwick Airport station is to have platforms extended as well other stations on the Southern network.

You are also going to improve East Croydon station by demolishing it and moving it slightly north with new extra platforms and to sort out the bottleneck at Selhurst Junctions. And also to improve & upgrade Dawlish sea wall with a new sea wall being built and a new underpass at Werrington Junction, Peterborough to end the bottleneck on the East Coast Main Line. Keep up the good work Network Rail as always.

Plank-in-a-hat on the Xing was wearing a rucksack, I wonder how close it was to the train? If it had caught him, he would have had a significant emotional event, if he was lucky.
As will the poor bloody Driver, & the Emergency Services, & the plate-layers & shed-crew who inspect, clean up the mess & repair any damage the body might do.
