I relate so damn hard. I confessed and it worked out. No, my best friend and I aren't dating, but we're even closer, probably the closest we can get. I'd say just tell her. Talk it out with her. Rarely, she would leave you just for having a crush on her. Go for it. If she rejects you then it's okay. Give it some time, but your relationship should mend and become stronger.

The thing is, girls are really touchy feely. With almost all of my girl friends, who are all over the sexuality spectrum, we do almost everything you do while dating except for the really intimate stuff. The only way you can know is ask.
