In the whole 2 years I've worked out with you I don't think I've seen you in a shirt lol. You're a strong and stunning mom! Enjoy it, it goes by so fast! Mine are alrrady 11, 7, and 4!

This is so so helpful! I never know how far to put my front foot and almost always lose my balance! I also don’t hinge at the hips very well but this breakdown of the move is awesome!

Thank you for this! I’ve always struggled with these so I modify without my back leg up. I think my problem was I was not leaning forward with my torso. I will try with this new information 😃

This is so helpful as I always place my foot on the bench wrong and experience pain across my instep....seeing where your foot is helps agreat deal. Also the bending at hips and chest, I definitely need more leaning

These are challenging but I've found if I balance my toe on the bench it works better for me. 🥰

Thank you for this one Sydney! Although I am still challenged with my balance, this helped me in my last work out….I wasn’t hinging at the waist….I found it somewhat easier, now to keep working on the balance!
