All you can do is reformat the disk or use Rrpair-bde

Open command prompt as administrator and type below command
1. manage-bde - unlock d: - recoverypassword -enter the recovery key

I am also face this issue with my external harddisk, i remember the password and also have the Recovery key file. But still can't open it. Please any help?
