This was the reverse of click bait. The video was so much more better and informative than what the title promised! Thank you, Sadia! You are literally perfect!

I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me).

What’s worked for me is practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my habits (ex. journaling/working out) - to make sure I do it I began recording it and posting it on my youtube channel.

Because historically I have a habit of going too hard, not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, giving up and hating myself. So now I’m trying to give a small-ish, consistent mediocre effort everyday. And its crazy how it adds up.

Summary for my own notes. Here are some good daily habits:
1) Add buffers in planning
2) At the end of the day, take 5 minutes to make a small todo list for tomorrow. That way you stop thinking about unfinished tasks.
3) Gratitude journal

I am the happiest person, and I came up of that idea while studying cardiology. I don’t know how that happened but so grateful that finally realised that I am blessed of having myself in my life☺️

This video is one of these reasons why PUL is so special. The content is so thoughtful and packed with value - it's really about habits for success but the approach is so practical and honestly different than most yt video you see on the same topic. Really awesome to watch, Sadia. I've been struggling with the 1st buas a lot at work and your tip really helped me see things in a new way - I'm trying it next week (might even give you an update if it works!)

It's kind of amazing to find you are so 'normal' like talking about mental problems we have in every day life, because it always seems like you are so together, successful and beautiful, and it's the rest of us that have problems, not people like you.

I have heard people explain time blocking a hundred times, but the way you mentioned blocking time to work on something important, that really made it make sense! Thank you so much, I’m looking forward to implementing this!

Talking about the Zeigarnik Effect, I've started Bullet Journaling this year, following you. You're the inspiration. Thank you so much Sadia for always guiding us to be a better version of ourselves! ❤️

I have the opposite of the planning fallacy. I often worry that tasks will take a really long time and thus end up trying to avoid them when, in reality, they take much less time than I was thinking they would once I finally get started ! 😅

Whenever I take the time to write down the tasks I managed to complete that day, I feel more relaxed at night and start the Next day more positive. It's a great tip! Thanks for sharing

Another fantastic video! I would love to see a day in your life or week video focusing on lifestyle and productivity habits throughout the day (ie what time you wake up, exercise, how you plan your day and stay focused and how you maintain your energy and sleep)

I think I found you channel 4 years ago and it's my only subscription to a cooking channel. You won me with your beetroot soup and I've cooked it countless times. What I can say is that I've learned how to cook from you. Thank you! My husband loves my cooking!

It's gonna be 4 mln soon! 🥳Congratulations, Sadia dear, your videos and advices bring a note of serenity and structure in my life. Ever since I came across your 30 days of decluttering, your calm voice and wise words make small changes in me, step by step - not as fast and visible as I would want, but they do! Thank you, dear, stay cool ;) and be with us many-many more years to come.
