I am pleased to share for the very first time my recipe for Spaghetti alla Puttanesca in Bianco, one of everyone's favorite dishes at my restaurant - Ennio and Michael - in Greenwich Village. "In bianco" - means "in white sauce" or, simply, "not in tomato sauce," like the classic Pasta alla Puttanesca. I like to think this is the "Best Puttanesca" because the tomato sauce doesn't mask the other flavors!
