This is astonishing! The neurological tangent is in a coded binary symmetry which corresponds to a specific frequency. The disease you are describing cannot occur naturally. The particles would have to be designed in order to dilute the variance and allow cohesion between the human biology and the toxin. It is essentially reconstructing your neurological pathways.
