Time for Japan to choose. Do they want to lift their sanctions against Russia for the Ukrainian war or will they keep their sanctions and risk high prices for their beloved noodles?

Poor management of leaders is more to blame than a single conflict.
Get real people....

Used Russia as the cheap supplier of Energy and Food, but still move NATO troops closer to Russian boarder, now you have to pay the price

It's not only Japanese who will lose their Soba noodles, but also Italy would lose their Pastas and Germany's loss of Bavarian bread.

It was today on British tv, that S Korean and Japanese understood how to behave ( to follow all instructions of American govt),
also China and India have to do the same- it is like a master and a child relationships.
Where is democracy, is it just empty word for Americans? Why Japan does not have right to decide what kind of relationship to have with other countries? As if Japanese are not capable to think or understood their own needs. Is it so because Americans bombed them in 1945 and since that time Americans’ decision will affect even how much of noodles Japanese will eat, and Japanese nation will suffer silently but will obey
The world became very- very strange

We are a socio-cultural junction and things have to change. History has shown that food price hikes has led to changes in society in the past. Remember the Arab spring? We are at a similar point here, the rising cooking oil, fossil fuel, buck wheat, wheat prices are just taking us to the tipping point.

The Ukrainian ambasador was extremely impolite with the germam cancelar.
Do you can tell much more about?
For what reason the cancelar didn"t take a ridght attitude in this case?

I've understood sanctioning Russia is like sanctioning your self.

Food has been historically cheap for decades. The proportion of income spent in it has been low. (I don’t mean it’s affordable for hundreds of millions of people.)

This is a self inflicted wound.
Japan followed the collective west, when they could just be buying from Russia and call it a day.
