Dumping the commonwealth countries is great. But when they descend into chaos or corruption when it happens is worse. So they need the tools in the toolbox to ensure a smooth and stable transfer of power that ensure the people are guaranteed security and sovereignty. Its a lot more difficult than just Palki saying it.
