There's one aspect of time travel not many ppl think about: The earth and our system are constantly moving. We have never been in the same pocket of space, ever. So if I were to go back in time, I'd have to calculate exactly where the earth was in space to the time I'm trying to go to, otherwise I'd just be dropped into space and die.

Correction: According to General Reletivity, wormholes CAN make it possible to travel both backwards AND forward. And if someone travelled back in time what would happen is that it would create a superposition, witch means they did arrive back in time but also didnt. To understand it, put it like this: lets say the universe is divided up in 2 worlds: (it actually isnt but putting it like that makes it easier to understand) we couldve been in the world where they didnt arrive maybe.

I always thought that when people time travel, it will create a paradox. For example, you go back in time to WW2 and stop it from happening. If there was no WW2, how would you go back in time to prevent something that doesn’t exist?
