One thing you can try when you get scanned documents, if you have Adobe Acrobat, is to do what's called an OCR scan. What that does is make the text recognizable so you can highlight the words then copy/paste.

Hello could you provide advice on spec sheets for product supply and delivery? For example: Do you recommend to cover up the name of the manufacture on spec sheet when it's required in the proposal?
