I love this episode. I'm always trying to evolve my business proposals. I also teach my clients how to structure rate increases when it's time to re-negotiate. I know it's ok to use PowerPoint when you give a presentation. But when you send a PDF proposal as an email attachment without a chance to present the proposal, is a horizontal/landscape PDF proposal still acceptable? Or should the PDF proposal be vertical/portrait? Thanks.
