I literally got this dialogue in my playthrough from last week by pure coincidence. Kinda funny to see that it's so rare when just getting it and not thinking much about it

The first time I played earthbound, I triggered this dialogue, completely unaware of the conditions. I feel strangely proud of myself.

Tell that to someone who's never played Earthbound,
"First solve the Runaway Five's problems, then get Paula kidnapped, then go through all of Moonside, then once you get to this segment where the monkey crashes into the wall, after the maid talks to you about the trout yogurt, go to the Monotoli building, THEN see Porky"

I triggered that dialogue my first playthrough and I was so confused because I KNEW that piece of dialogue but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how I did it.

You know the funny thing is is that I was playing through Earthbound again yesterday and I triggered that dialogue on complete accident. I was super confused, but I just went along with it.
