The guy wasn't lying when he said it had an awesome ocean view (such a creative joke using 2d grapichs limitation)
Also that man's history continues in Mother 3 iirc it's in a drawer in Porky's tower

I think I always buy this house when Paula leaves the party after she got captured. It's good for me to do it at this point in the game, because I gathered enough money to do so, without fully emptying my bank account ;d
Also that car magazine is a reference to Giegue before he turned into Giygas. I love that it's in Mother 3 as well. I love the references to previous games in Mother 3 in general.
And yes, I'll finally catch up with this series. I guess it's good, because now I can watch all shorts at once! <3
