First Reading- Introduction, studied, no debate
Second Reading- debate, in favour or against, at the end they vote
Committee of the Whole- Discussion/Debate
Third reading-Debate, vote
Royal Assent- Luituenant Governor reviews the bill, if it is not signed, the idea stops.
