Never say never!

Representing yourself in minor traffic infractions is a great way to educate yourself about the trial process.

And some attorneys are expensive, self-serving incompetent jerks.

Some people try to represent themselves because lawyers are expensive.

I believe these two would have been convicted regardless of their representation.
They knew this and it became their time to shine!

He’s right “just like myself & just like everybody else” lawyers need to survive, they want your HARD (try years of wages, say 17k or 38k for trial) earned money.

He’s just surviving like YOU

Is not a terrible idea to represent yourself. If you know how to speak to people. It's all about Respect and given the best communication that you can give. I like the video because his examples made me laugh.

In other words it's fine to represent yourself if you use common sense

sometimes people will go to jail regardless of how many lawyers you got, the only question would be if you're comfortable going to jail and your lawyer still getting paid and the only skin in the game is yours.

Completely untrue I've defended myself in court without you vultures, and I got acquitted, i presented my case by studying the law and similar cases and spent 0 dollars on lawyer fees. Every citizen should be thought the law at public education in order to make you people abundant.

I have no choice. I can't afford a lawyer and don't qualify for a public defender

It’s amazing. How are you only take the two defendants who have no credibility. Then try to make it a prime example of the public’s interest.

Actally, not ever. You just need to know basic social ethics, legal system, and in-court you don't need just legal knowlege to argue you also need intellect the most important part i believe.

Most of these people did not know socail ethics or intellectual arguments. Intellect is needed the most due with Legal knowlege you won't can't just argue, you need to find which parts and what to use to argue.

I’ve watched so many trials on tv and YouTube. I guarantee I could have done better than most of those clown when I was in high school. So many bad lawyers don’t care and don’t try or can’t speak in public even if they know the law.

Why do lawyers charge so much? So, prisons are filled with the short poor. The tall rich are seldom found guilty.

Which shows the stupidity of allowing people with zero education to decide someone's fate. The verdict should be based on one thing, did the prosecution prove their case? That's it.

The cops and the courts don’t respect you or your rights. What makes you think that would change in the courtroom

And when your lawyer isn't doing jack to advocate for you ?

The problem with your choice of examples is two people who did it and KNEW they were going to jail and so were either in it for the LOLs or trying something like running for a mistrial and high stacking narcissism.

But this does raise a question with me...
Would a criminal defence lawyer defend himself in court?

Can you make a video on why you shouldnt walk towards a camera while talking?

If the truth be known, I don't respect judges generally. However, I know how to behave in public.
