I work at a hospital doing 4 10hr shifts and girl, don't do it! I thought I'd like having the 3 days off, but after awhile your life becomes so centered around the 4 days that you work that when you get to those 3 days off, you feel like your forever catching up on life😭 I would much rather go to a Mon-Fri job with weekends off working a normal 8hrs! Also would like a "food vlog"😊

Making actual healthy meals is SOOO challenging and would love to hear how you started cooking and doing plant-based meals as well

I compeletely agree with you with the work thing and I think as a society we should all work only 4 days a week but just regular 8 hour days. What is there so important to do anyway? As humans we need less consuming anyway and more freedom, more time for nature, art, love, people and to just feel!

Hope this doesn't offend you but, I loooovvvveee seeing Black Women run (for health...for fun...for the love...no Basketball...no Soccer...etc...for the love)... in my home town St. Louis, MO I don't see it ENOUGH, nor does the YouTUBE trends show it in mass.... It's more Glute shots than the world needs (can stand)...All that I'm trying to say is it's a breath of Fresh air to see you runnin'... I mean RUNNIN'...I'm super proud of you and pray you have injury free training and a super successful Marathon. Thank you sooo much for you Military Service!!! Last piece of advice...If you work a job you don't like...give it errthang you got...LIVE AS DEBT FREE as you can...Save 30- 50% of your income... that way you'll have probably $20, 000 to $50, 000 in the bank THUS...put in your 2 weeks and pivot on down the road. :) Leeeettssss #777 #GetItGurl #My2Cents

I think all adults should have 3 days off a week and at least one of those a week day. You need one day to get your own life on track.

I loooove shokz, but also idk if anyone has already pointed this out or you wear them the way you are just because of preference but they're supposed to sit right on the little bit of cartlidge like right in front of the ear that tapers out from your face. specifically, the tragus. had to google it lol. they're meant to be bone conduction ear buds.

I am 47, and I just ran my first Trail Ultra (52k), and I am hooked. I did a lot better than I ever thought I could, and I honestly wish I had known about them a lot sooner! You are going to LOVE it. Thanks for being such an inspiration and sharing your training with us 🤗

hey! i've had the shockz for a year now and i love them too! just a tip, they''re actually supposed to be worn just infront of your ear, not on or in! you'll notice they sit alot better like that and you'll be able to hear the surroundings much better! :)
