I'm an owner/seller trying to offload a multi-family property in the northeast Bronx. Was trying to go thru a realtor but they are adamant on listing way above my asking price. Going off-market is alot of work..even as a seller. I'm open to sell to an investor but it has to be non-flippers who won't inflate the prices of the area which is low-income. It's a struggle. Lol
