My school had a 1, 000, 000 book club. If you read library books and did a test for it you would get those words and if you got more than 1, 000, 000 words you would get a party and if you had the most in the school your name would be added to a engraved golden plaque on the lunch room wall

I remember my friend group won a battle of the books because our group is the only group that actually read most of the books 💀 and I still have the shirt that says that we won and the books we read

My school did battle of the books. They gave us like 3 months for a maximum of 4 kids to read 12 books. Honestly as someone who participated in it every time, the books were fantastic and I was reading enough in free time in school so it didn't feel like a burden

My school had the Battle of The Books where a bunch of students would group with a certain amount of people and sign up, then they would have to read I think about like 4-6 books with a deadline (I don't remember because I never did it lol) and then they would do a Jeopardy game with questions about the books and be against other teams
