This is exactly what I needed. Thank you! I find the third method most effective for my purposes because I can reference a cell for dynamic calculations.

Helpful but I’m still having a bit of a challenge - I was successfully able to use the formula to multiply 8% times the sum of 2 cells, but I cannot get the sum to add 8% to its total. Ex. Sum of 2 cells = $210.398.22 - 8% of $210…is $16.831.86 but I’d like to have the a formula to calculate the 8% & show it without the 2nd step. Can you help?

how do i add a percentage to a number, say my percentage is 25% in cell a1 and in a2 i have $100. what formula would i use to add 25% to 100? i dont want to use 1.25, i just want to use the cell showing the 25% so in case i change the percentage in a1 the number will change automatically based on what percentage i input in a1

Q: 100 -- 200
How to caliculate 100 with 5% increase
Eg
100 --5% is 5 then sum 100+5=105
105-- 5% is 5.25 then sum 105+5.25=110.25
Like this 100 should become 200 with 5% increase to sum
