This video came out yesterday and I've already made it twice. I'm not a baker and not ashamed to say it. The 1st attempt I forgot the salt before the bake... Max said it's a key move, so I didn't on my next attempt. Yummy.

I’d bake it for a bit longer like 3 more minutes to brown those edges and make it super crispy. Looks amazing! ❤

two tbsp of brown sugar
butter
sugar

1 egg yolk
splash of vanilla

4th a cup of ap flour
8th of a tsp baking soda
salt

fold gradually

Followed your recipe and unfortunately my cookie came out really big and very thin. The taste however was amazing! I’m going to make 2 medium size cookies next time and I’ll also be reducing the oven temp down to 325 instead of 350. Hopefully that will make the cookie a little more densed like yours is/was. I added chopped peanuts to my batter as well and it definitely made the cookie that much tastier. 👍🏾
