Years ago, I rented an apartment which was on the top floor of the building. After a week I got a letter from the landlord wanting to inspect the place. I contacted them the next day, wanting to know what it was about. They replied that their admin was a bit behind & not to worry. Turns out the guy who rented the place before me also used to do what this creep did. He used to climb in the crawlspace of the attic area, make holes in the ceiling of other apartment bathrooms & spy on the other renters there.

Why is the landlord allowing another tenant to move in before he repairs his camera holes? I bet that female tenant isn't even aware! The landlord needs to be stopped from renting that place until he repairs it!!

This is very simple. The alleged offence took place in his home which is clearly a multi unit condo/apartment. It shouldn’t even be a conversation, while he remains on bond the first condition regardless if the victim is living there still or not should be do not be at said address. These judges are incompetent.
