I was the fella struggling with my mental health that day I was the one who posted 3 weeks ago that I seen Daniel in Picadilly driving towards me and I was so excited that I wasn’t having a particularly good day mentally and seeing him completely change my day and put a massive smile on my face he gave me the 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 from his window.

Watching Daniel’s journey from the start always in the yard and concerned about operational issues and slowly seeing him transition into a more “hands-off” leadership style is so refreshing. Hopefully he’s able work from home sometimes to make high level decisions which in turn gives him freedom of time and chances to “switch off” and enjoy other things in his life
