It has been so long since AMD launched a new GPU I just assumed they had nothing else to offer... I was wrong!

The 6600 8GB is also the most power efficient (to performance it offers) graphics card to have ever been made running at 100W and under most of the time .. its also been improved with revised drivers over the past 6 months

I bought the RX 6600 XT 8GB Hell Hound for $270 about 2 months ago. GREAT investment. The power efficiency and performance is top notch. Truly a feat of engineering.

as someone who can't do anything with all the RGB stuff, the appearance of the 6600 wouldn't bother me in the least as long as it does what it's supposed to: D

"31 Jays Of October" would have been a better title for the videos.

Already sold out everywhere, less than 10 minutes after launch.

"You would take this card in a heartbeat." Not for $600+ I won't.

The most basic card, RX 6600, is still light-years ahead of the next step down that released earlier this week, RX 6500 XT.

I don't care about how flashy this stuff is. I care about the cost and performance. I don't need a disco party in my room when I am gaming.

I'd like to see more 10 series in the comparisons. i know its old but i bet a lot of people did what i did and skipped the 20's because they where to pricy. expecting to then get a 30 only to have the current insanity happen. id like to know if a current low end card i might be able to find would provide a sensable upgrade or more of a side grade and not worth it.

I was building a mid level rig for myself, but it has been 10 years since I have built anything. After getting everything together I wanted for a GPU that was reasonably. Then this released and Micro Center had this card for 399.00 or lower. I could not believe it, but I got it home got everything plugged and hooked and it’s been great and I could stream with it. All I can say is good job and keep up the good work.

I lucked out and got a 6600XT from my local Micro Center. Haven't regretted it at all. $500 well spent. Went for a 30 series, the guy in front of me in line got the last one. Disappointedly asked for a 1660 Super, sales associate was like "you know for like 50 extra bucks you could get this 6600XT thats comparable to the 3060 you wanted."

Releasing cards that barely beat the almost 3-year-old, bottom level raytracing card, and it flies off the shelves. The market is a mess.

Thanks for this, was looking at some reviews and it was a mix of feelings about this card. Now when I was in desperate need for a new computer and this card was in a not too expensive build, I went for it. And now im very hopeful for my new computer to hold up for a long time. I will mostly use it for IT school and ligth gaming so its more then what i would need. But just in case I feel like gaming some new games it wont be a problem on my 1080p setup!

I felt silly picking up a computer with a rx 5700xt to start pc gaming again in the beginning of 2020.... wish I could have gotten more but for a whole pc I think it was a decent $800 considering current supply issues.
