I've been taking sublingually a formula that contains 1 g NMN plus TMG and Resveratrol. After a month and a half of doing this daily, I began to feel pain in my teeth, then I lost 1/4 of a molar, which just cracked and fell off while I was chewing a sausage. Not saying it was this particular supplement, as I am taking vitamin C and other supplements, but something to keep in mind, if you are putting NMN powder under your tongue.

hi. if I take my mnm in the morning with water. do I take the tmg also in the morning?

Hello, thanks for your video. Are you sure that NMN isn't better absorbed with fat? I'm very unsure now because I've been giving my dogs NMN for 15 months but I'm reading more and more often that it's absorbed twice as well if you take it with fat... I only want to do the best for my dogs, so it really annoys me if I've done it wrong. Best wishes from Austria, Tyrol

One thing to remember that when you start taking NM and your body has to adjust with the sudden shock and surprise of NAD and it could result in extreme tiredness, right at the beginning and then fade quickly once your body gets used to it. This is quite a shock to the system. just start slow and low at first to get your body started slamming your body with that much at once is going to have an effect. I would just do one week with the lowest dose and then slowly move up once you notice you’re not so tired anymore.
