My memory of food in Korea is one of my bf complaining constantly about those slippery metal chopsticks. He calls them knitting needles. Many trips to Asia later, my bf still refuses to use chopsticks and is still forking around.

In fact, Myeongdong is the best place to avoid street food if you are on a budget. It's a tourist destination, after all!
It's all a bit more expensive there, than if you buy Korean street food where the Koreans are buying it.
And if you are a Korean at Myeongdong, you can expect a decent discount on the advertised price.
