I’ve been doing TRE, and that one for grief comes up in my sessions. I’d never seen that before, but when I saw this, recognised my body is doing it instinctively!

Dear Workout Witch, I have done the exercise you demonstrated for grief for less than a few minutes and I found myself crying uncontrollably, I found myself praying for healing and light, I found myself mourning and crying from a primal, guttural place, my head, hands and feet were vibrating and there were waves of vibration pulsating through me. It was a horrifying experience to be so in touch with myself and yet, now, I feel such immense and profound release. Thank you.

That FEAR one was great for me after my rear end collision!! I still do it whenever I experience back pain!!

I don't feel safe in my own body anymore, from the trauma that I've endured. It's really hard for me to grant myself movement or do anything that feels good because it doesn't feel safe to experience pleasure. I found these exercises today and I'm going to try really hard to implement them into my everyday to get myself back. Thank you for sharing this ❤

You know, it's amazing what your body knows you need. I realized as I'm watching you that I use to do these movements when I was stressed or anxious.

Ok Im sold. I’m unemployed cause of all these issues right now. It's really bad. Was fired from last job. About to be homeless in 1 month. 2 decades of this shit and hundreds of drs and all the shit I bought and crap i did with no answers, just wasted money and getting worse. If shit i had to eat, i would do it, but nothing . No one. No one has ever mentioned this !! You Understood clearly without opening my mouth. I can't even express what i go through and do and behave. I normalize it. I ignore it. Cause no one wants to hear it or cares. Im alone and isolated. Sleep all day. I wish i could cry but haven't in years. You do know you got my cortisol up 😂 and anger and resentment and all negative emotions heightened righten now. Feeling robbed, lied, neglected, used, taken... so much more. The world is a shit place I have to find a way to gather the $$ to get this, cause it really is life or death . I have so many mystery conditions undiagnosed so untreated and known conditions but every treatment is made to kill me more. Hope it's true.

I didn't realize I already do most of these and never really understood why certain things helped me to feel better there is clearly a science to this and I am going to make it a part of my daily life now!

I just did the grief one and had a sudden and deep cry. I was able to hear myself internally and actually believe the words of affirmation. I sometimes try to mentally work through things but I don’t believe what im saying to myself. This time I did, and it was relieving to let some emotions for past trauma go. This is my second day in a row trying these exercises, going to try to keep it a routine.

The ear hold and nod helped my overwhelm. I think because I felt like a horse being ridden by a driver, so I can relax not being in control of everything at once.
