What an amazing and emotional episode. And I actually think it did connect to the show, it connected to Olivia's emotions, the politics behind what happens and the social media that surrounds it is connected what the Scandal is about. Its about the politics, its the backdrop of what Olivia is and does. She fixes political situations. This was politically relevant and high emotional episode.

Please consider including a summary of the episode. Sometimes i watch aftershows to catch up on the plot until i can watch the episode on demand.

You ladies are some of my favorite to hear what you have to say. I'm not just saying this but out of most the After Shows on theStream.tv I  think you guy's Scandal After Show is one of the best. Each one of you brings something different to the table and the chemistry between the four of you is great! Keep up the great work.

P.S. Are you guys going to have  these episode be long like this one again or is it a one time thing?

I love this episode due to the fact that they showed different parts and this should be a real open conversation between civil activist, community, and the police department. Whoever played officer Brandon when he made that speech at the end justifying what he did was honest whether you agree with what he did. Sometimes it's easy to complain and state what someone should have done without being in their shoes. When do we start having open dialogue of how to work together?

Sometimes there is an episode that doesn't lend itself to a simple aftershow discussion.  Other life experiences needed to be represented on this panel for this one.

This was a powerful episode and I do applaud Shonda for tackling this issue b/c I could feel the father's pain (Courtney is a hell of an actor) the entire hour. HOWEVER, I would have been more incline to accept it (more-so) IF this show had went this route in any of the prior Seasons as well. As I stated elsewhere, this definitely felt more like a "ripped from the headlines" episode of SVU. This particular episode just came out of nowhere with some realism that I wasn't expecting.

One of the positives of this episode is that it did step away from that ridiculous and played out triangle.

Great after show! Jocelyn, any chance you know the name of the grey nail polish and the top coat you have on? It's so shiny and pretty. I'm thinking it's gel, but i know i needed to ask.

This is the first time I watched this after sho and I did like it but Kat seemed all over the place I don't know if its just her personality or just a bit to much wine but it was a bit much
