I thought I was just burnt out from running my construction business… but the truth goes deeper.
This video is me being 100% honest about where I’m at — feeling stuck, losing passion... why can't I stick to any of my hobbies? Now, I realize ADHD might have been part of the story.

I’ve spent years building a life that looks successful from the outside, but inside I’ve been struggling with focus, burnout, self-blame, and wondering if I’m just not built for this.
After doing some research into ADHD, things finally started to make sense… and now, I’m trying to figure out how to start over, to live my life happy, with a passion.

This isn’t a “how-to” or a highlight reel. It’s just my story, and maybe it’s yours too.

👉 If you relate to this, drop a comment — I’d love to hear how you’ve been managing ADHD, burnout, or rediscovering your passion.

ADHD SUCKS! The difficulties with burn out, friends not understanding what you're going though, and many false starts on projects that end up getting shelved for decades. Good luck on your journey, bud.

ADHD burnout is so real 😭. I’m also working on my own business and even though it’s my passion some days are so hard to even get out of bed 😭

The friend thing is so difficult for me, because almost all my friends live in different cities all over the country or even if they're in the same city as myself, I tend to forget they exist and I get caught up with life and still constantly think about them, but simultaneously feel guilty about not reaching out! The constant change of hobbies or work environment, because one day your brain gets bored of it 😅😑 Oh and the pushing through things you absolutely have no interest in doing is the hardest! I feel you and wanted to take the time to appreciate your video and openness towards living with ADHD☺
