mike, as I mention in another comment from keyboard review. I have the ceres 500 case, with the stock CT140 fans, these fans have the two cables (3pin argb and 4 pin PWM). I saw in a video somewhere (i cant find again) that you can plug in these 2 cables into the TT controller. the video showed that plug the cables like if they were in one USB type connector. I decided to go all thermaltake devices ( Argent keyboard, mouse & bungie, pad, headphones & stand), plus LCD panel and fans, so I can control everything with the TT software.

I been watching Computex 2023 videos, all I seen from thermaltake, is cases, fans, aio, and ram. Nothing on new devices, except a few pics on a Thermaltake Monitor, not anything on keyboards, etc.

Does the Thermaltake AIO fans comes with Controller? On your video, you connect the AIO fan to the Controller and not directly to the motherboard CPU fan, why?

What is the different between Thermaltake SWAFAN EX12 RGB White and Thermaltake SWAFAN EX12 RGB and Thermaltake SWAFAN EX12 ARGB? Is RGB plug to 12v, B, R, G on the motherboard connector or to the 5v, D plug? I am confuse between this two. You link show RGB one but video looks like ARGB fan. If that is the case, the RGB LED on the fan is 12 volts and not addressable, just 3 colors LEDs.

I bought Thermaltake AIO and it has ARGB fans. On the website stated compatible with RGB Plus software. Can RGB Plus software control them? But the website also show the ARGB fans not compatible with RGB plus software. Or you need replace the ARGB fans on the radiator with RGB fans? I have ARGB fans can it control by this software also?

My software recognizes there are fand plugged in, for example when i click rescan it shows all the fans. but when I click on each individual fan icon like you did in the video, nothing happens— they don’t turn red.

TT RGB PLUS software is running as an administrator on my computer.the problem is that when my computer comes out of sleep mode, sometimes the tt rgb plus software is activated, sometimes it is not activated.when it is not activated, the fans run very noisy and the software does not turn on.when this happens, I restart the computer, but then the tt rgb plus software is activated.I want you to solve this problem.

Isn't the bios a better option for controlling the fan speed though? And is the software available for non Thermaltake fans.

Nice instruction video. My motherboard is demanding that I have a fan connected to the cpu / cooler header on the MB before it will complete boot up. Since the Swafans don't connect to the MB I have to use a regular fan to get the system to come on without asking me to hit F1 to setup. Any help with this is appreciated.
