Yes, how do I get an image to feed from another monitor to the switcher, that is not hooked to the main computer but is connected to the projectors for in house? I want to put up the slide for ways to give from ppt .Is there a way to run an hdmi cable from that monitor to the switcher?

one quick question for you, why did you use Belkin USB C LAN? What if I don't have any Belkin USB C land programmed in my computer. And also, do I need to use a compatible computer that will configure a signal of the atem software control?

Why is it emphasized to "NEVER USE THE MASTER COMPUTER AS A VIDEO SOURCE?" If I wanted to use OBS virtual cam as a video source, on the same computer as is being used as a master computer, this can't be accomplished or is it not advised?

I intend to use a Windows laptop so I am thinking about an SDI to USB converter to send the signal from Atem switcher to the control laptop and livestream.

HELP! We just got this switcher. Our sound is coming from a Allen and Heatch board to the XLRs in the back of the switcher. We have sound in the headphones on the switcher. We have sound on the mixer, we have sound showing in our program feed on the multiview. BUT, when we stream live, the live video has no sound. We are running from the Program SDI in the back of the switcher, to the Boxcast(our live stream service). We have a convertor that makes the SDI feed an HDMI feed so we can plug it into the boxcast.

The boxcast is fine...tested without the switcher. We do not use the individual cameras as the sound source, just the feed from the board. We have been troubleshooting for days now. What are we missing?
