I’d like to learn more about these methods. The one thing has worked wonderful for me was training for a bunch of marathons never felt better. The friends you meet and the extra vitamin D covering all of Venice and Santa Monica beach and then some! Pacific Palisades to Inspiration Point, breakfasts afterwards. Now I don’t run marathons and miss everything and had the withdrawals. Have tried to do meditation in a class but my mind is always running as well and cannot concentrate. In fact, don’t like any of those persons even softly talking prefer they birds outside. Everyone is different. Been trying to start doing some at home but can’t force myself to begin.
