I am fortunate to know that there are two main catagories of mediation. 1) Samadha and 2) vipasana. Though I do practice meditation regularly and likes mediation very much, I do not know that there are two types of mediation. I am eagerly looking forward to the videos in this series.

The Full Breath by James Francis is a great book for all seekers. It will show you the way in simple terms. You are your own guru. All the time you follow you will never find the way. Look inside of yourself to discover your true self. What you seek is not outside it is inside of you and always has been.

I did vipassana meditation, it's just a miracle for our mind, it will clear our all negativity, blockages n whatever our physical n metal problem..but do it regular base...I'm very happy with vipassana...thank you so much❤

I find meditating easy, I can switch off and relax for 20 minutes or more without any problem but I want to learn more and I am looking forward more 'instructions' how to do it better. My life is very difficult and I need to have as much wisdom as possible to survive happily through the everyday challenges, loneliness, and let downs 💔

Thank you so much "Bhante' for this simple meditation technique. In India there is lots of meditation centre called Vipassana that's really powerful and helping things to all people who suffering from Tension, anxiety, bad health, etc. the same way you teach here...😊🇮🇳
