When it comes to putting up photographs there is no difference between a living person and someone who is deceased. Muslims should not display photographs of human beings on the walls or on the shelves.

Prophet Muhammad صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ has informed us that angels will not enter a house where there is an image or a dog. And these are the angels of mercy. This is a type of punishment if angels don't enter your house. It is allowed to have photographs in your phones, albums, laptop or in a drawer.

Assalamu 'alaykum dear brothers & sisters,
first i would like to thank you for your precious & beneficial efforts, jazakumu Llahu khayran.
Then i would like to request from your team supplications for me & my mother & especially for my father who passed away yesterday in the evening.
The pain caused by his loss is undescribable & i find relief in knowing that people are making du'as for him. May God bless his life in the barzakh & make it a place of happiness & peace & may He grant him jannat el firdaws
Thank you for everything, Barak Allahu fikum. May God bless you all & your efforts.
