Hi our first session back after a 2 week holiday. We went on a cruise ship to Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Denmark. Great fun and we did some dancing on board. Good to be back doing a PFP session. The palm, leg, foot, leg exercise was great but a bit of a challenge today. We will have to try this one again. Many thanks Paula and Jon
