Outrage Mounts Against YouTuber's Racist Comments Directed at Asian-American Reporter

It has been a day since a conservative podcaster made racist comments about KPIX reporter Betty Yu and there has been an outpouring of support in the Bay Area denouncing Steven Crowder. Kiet Do reports. (10-21-21)

i would like to personally thank all the news people in this clip for taking this so serious. It is actually more funny than the original clip of Steven making the joke...and that was hysterical.

First, it was on YouTube because I watched it there, I did not pay for it. Second, this is an extreme overreaction to an out of context joke. Finally, it is funny and true.

Note how they don't show the actual clip of the "horrific racist comments."
This is because a co-host of the show is often jokingly referred to as the "half Asian lawyer." (there is also quarter black Jared).
THIS IS WHY CONTEXT IS IMPORTANT AND OFFHAND JOKES MADE IN GOOD FAITH ARE NOT RACIST.

They are using a LITERAL JOKE as an excuse to promote censorship.

Saying this is "institutional" is a stretch, and the speaker never explained what that institution is. This type of characterization just lumps a group of people as being guilty of racism, without knowing any individual in this group, is questionable at least and is borderline racism in itself.

The only reason anyone is seeing this KPIX video is BECAUSE of Steven Crowders name. Steven Crowder wins the popularity contest, and his jokes are funny. Censor culture is sick, not Steven Crowder. Lets go Brandon!
