I've missed a lot of them! XD I'm still sad there's no Innocent World shop in Tokyo anymore. Only in Nagoya and Osaka. But thank you for the tour of Lolita shop in Tokyo! Great content as usual!

I made the ssame mistake with the Baby store in Laforêt this year XD turns out the shop in Laforêt got relocated nearby (where you filmed) and for BTSSB items inside Laforêt we need to go in the Alice and the Pirates shop (I went there to pick up a BTSSB item a friend bought on their website but the store employees told me to pick it up at the Alice and Pirate shop woops) and for the Harajuku closetchild...IKR !! they have been so cautious because they're afraid of theft I honestly feel bad for them because 4/6 years ago it wasn't like that ;w; they ask people to show them the items displayed on the website we wanted so that they could pick them up for us but...there was no network inside the shop and the website was endlessly loading -_- so there was this awkward moment where the employee didn't know what to do so we just laughed and she checked on her computer if there was the item and brand I was looking for (turns out it they didn't have it :( )...for the Ikebukuro closetchild I've noticed that sadly there was no chair no stool to try on shoes and it's not practical for people recovering from a fracture (me) or other people with mobility issues :( and what's great with Marui Annex is that you can get your purchases detaxed (from 6000 yens IIRC) if you have your passport with you :) so to me if was worth it! I'm not sure if you included it but in Sunshine city Ikebukuro you have many shops like Axes femmes, Amavel, Ozzon etc where you can buy loliable stuff :)

I went to LaForet back in January and idk if Baby had moved yet but that's good to know! Also I love the Shinjuku location of CC but I think I walked right through the mall there and had no idea there was a whole floor of brand! Good to know ffr thank you!

Thank you very much 🙏 I've heard that Harajuku is not the same anymore, but I still wanted to by thinga, because customs takes 50% of the item price, so luckily Shinjuku and some Axes femme in Kyoto

I think Axes Femme Are leaning more to Otome style than Lolita style

It isn’t surprising that the rise of online shopping service make some physical stores loses its relevancy and also its ridiculously expensive to keeping and maintaining the store especially the rent price in Tokyo city center is so staggering

It should be noted, To Alice and Bodyline are closed now

It isn’t surprising that Bodyline isn’t exclusively going entirely in Lolita Fashion sphere, and going to other territory such as Halloween costume or even a sexy lingerie, in order to get a quick commercial grab
As Lolita Fashion itself a fashion with a niche demographic, something in niche demographic doesn’t mean the demands will be automatically disappear

I think the technique that Closet Child Takeshita Dori shop staffs use that locking all the dresses and Accesories and only let the access goes through the Code scan, probably to combat a tourist that try to take photo sneakily the dresses
This is just my personal analysis

Super helpful video, thank you! During my visit to Japan in August, I really struggled to find lolita stores sooo much lol, so this video should be useful for when I go back!

Thank you for the video! I'm going to Tokyo in a few weeks and I worried about finding plus size subculture clothes in physical stores. This really helps!
