How to tape the big toe (MTP joint)

Taping for an inflamed or sprained big toe, to help improve activity tolerance.

Oh my word! Thank you SO MUCH!
I fell down the stairs over a week ago and thought I broke my toe/foot. I had x-rays and they said it's all fine but it has been hurting bad since...I am babying it so much to walk and it still hurts with every step I take and every time I move it or something touches it.
I just taped it like this and I IMMEDIATELY felt better! I stood up and put weight on it and it already felt 10x better, as though an extra week of proper healing had happened in the amount of time it took to wrap! I am so happy now that I will be able to walk with much less pain!

I have capsulitis of the big toe because of hallux limitus. This helps with the pain by keeping it more stable.

I broke my toe at the knuckle part and how he brought that toe up I would be crying in pain😂 even tho it’s not broken for them

Ok if anyone was that rough with my injured toe while taping it, I'd kick them in the groin. As I sit here with a freshly injured big toe, throbbing, it hurts to watch how much he's pushing and pulling on the toe!! Lol. Oh I can't bear 12 hrs in the ER for an X-ray esp during a damn pandemic.

Should i just copy this but apply it to my toe next to the big toe? Its bruised and can't really bend it don't think it's broken just hurts to walk
