Ingredients
1 pack of tapioca flour (454 grams), 1 cup of rice flour (128 grams = 237ML), 4 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour, 3 3/4. cup of sugar, 2 3/4 cup boiled pandan juice, 2 cans coconut water, 200 grams mung beans, 400 grams purple sweet potato (peeled)

How to cook mung beans:

How to make powder:

How to steam the cake:

How to cut the cake:
