1-1/4 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Mung Bean Cooked with 1/4 Cup Water
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Pandan Flavor
1 Cup Sugar
1 Drop of Yellow Food Coloring (Optional)
