You DEFINITELY can't judge anyone for their speech being any way fast slow slurring unless they have a prior relationship with the person you wouldn't have a clue if this is the way they speak or how they make out words or their walk anything I walk with a Sevier limp sometimes I don't recognize it but my wife does we will be walking around at someplace and she will all the sudden say ok time to stop or go home or whatever and then she will say your limping pretty bad even when I didn't recognize it at all

Some cops are dirty. Plain and simple. Dash cams in your car are important. If cops lie and manipulate, then they are capable of planting evidence to get a conviction as well. Dishonesty has no limits. Dishonest people given power are a danger to all of us .
