Every time I start the VM I get a GNU GRUB screen with options to try or install Ubuntu, Ubuntu (safe graphics), OEM install and test memory. No matter what one I pick it will not launch my VM. Dose anyone know why this is? I have downloaded Ubuntu like 5 different times to make sure the iso file was good but nothing seems to be working at

I have an AMD Ryzen and am getting an error when I try to start the virtual machine "AMD-V is disabled in the Bios" then proceeds to give me error codes. Any ideas on this?

I had been using VirtualBox
One day whenni tried to update winsows 10 it stopped and said that there is a probem in VirtualBox that blocks the uypdate process
I had to format and reinstall windows to make things work as usual
