They look pretty worn, that's when people should have them changed, not when there is zero tread left and the threads are all severed and your slipping and sliding all over the place and there's barely anything between your feet and the concrete your walking on 12 hours a day, some people want 100 percent traction, if you have ever slipped and hurt your back or something else you will never take the chance again, it doesn't cost allot to retread them, but being out of work for months in pain costs a ton of money and suffering

i would go thru cheap boots in 3 months. i got tired of that and bought a quality pair of red wing boots. i have had the red wings for 26 years now and have had them rebuilt twice. best boots i have ever owned. you guys are very valuable tradesman. thank you for your skills. have a great day
