Work Boots Full Restoration ** Full Vibram Soles**

Best method ive used so far is that I add an extra piece of rubber to the sole before applying your new outsole then stitched with a landis outsole or by hand. Then you mix your glue with a hardener agent to increase its strength by 10x. Bond your outsole to the boot and stitch again or if the welt cant take it, use quench nails. For someone not wearing their boots everyday this method does work

Nothing beats a good pair of resolable work boots and a cobbler that can do it right. Nice video.

Give the guy a break ! those boots aren't of the stitched welt design, they are direct moulded soles, if you stitched these(or tried to) you would ruin them.
These are repaired by glue & some of this type cannot be repaired at all if the soles are made from PU as PU soles crumble & you can't stick to that.

Great work Amigo! I've worked in alot of different arenas in my day but never the cobbler trade.. thats an awesome machine for sure.. even with a vacuum, a particle mask would be a good choice for daily use.. Be Blessed!!

You can't get this service in Australia. I've used sikaflex construction adhesive sealant to fix my boots in the past. Because it's polyurethane formula especially in 11FC .( fast curing. ) it goes off like tyre rubber. I just glued up my $200 boots yesterday afternoon with Seal and flex polyurethane sealant. I hope it holds up like Sikaflex? The leather is still great. Most comfortable steel cap boots ever. Cheers

My booties are well worn and well loved. I can shine them up, but don't know what can return that smooth shine to the outer aspect of the black sole. It's worn in places because of driving. Thanks Guillermo.
