Doing all the rough in electrical on the casita. Making sure we secure the wires within 6-8” outside the box, along the studs and before or after the exit the wall cavities. Using the Leviton Decora outlets also saving a bunch of time. 🤙🏼

Running wire takes much wisdom and talent. Man i dont know how anyone even does it. Sparkys work soooo hard...

I needed to replace some old receptacles and decided to try one of these Leviton edge receptacles, but I went for the new commercial grade 15 amp version and they seem really solid. The grip on the 12 gauge wire is strong and so is the plug retention. The plug contacts are the triple wipe design on the neutral and the hot. The wire clamping is similar to Wago's which am using on some 20 amp circuits for a few years with no issues.

Those switches/outlets ain’t it. You should have the side entry screw down type.
