I think one of the best ways to getting over depression is to find out what the root cause of it is and fix it. For some people, it may be Financial insecurity so getting a well-paying job will help them with their depression.

I actually got diagnosed with depressionand I pretty much had it for two years.
depression can really fucking kick your ass, although it is getting better I still have the days where I don't want to get out of bed.

but I’m too young (f11) so I can’t make an appointment, I don’t want to tell my parents because they are the cause of it. I don’t want to tell my sister because she is also the cause of it. I don’t want to tell my older sister because she wouldn’t believe me and just say I’m not and I just think I am. I also refuse to believe i’m depressed but every time I do an online test the results always say I am/most likely are depressed. What do I do? I also do tests to see if I have anxiety, and of course, the tests results always point yes... I’m lost and confused, please help.
