Just found your channel today, so a new subscriber. UK carnivores are a growing bunch. I told my neighbour about carnivore, he was struggling with his weight despite being keto and taking exercise daily, after a quadruple bypass. He lost 4 stone in 8 months on carnivore. Our village is 30 minutes drive away from supermarkets, but our local butchers and small holders have grass fed meat at reasonable prices, and I often get a good deal buying bulk. I got a 11lb grass fed whole sirloin for £50. But I still get Aldi steaks and other meat when in town!

Brilliant content mate! As I get better at this I've reduced my shopping at Aldi to minced beef, 25% fat from the essential range
4 dozen eggs, 8 a day, smoked mackerel (omega 3), essential back bacon. This gets me through 7 breakfasts and 5 later meals. On Saturday and Sunday lainy and myself eat premium meats. Our expenditure on carb crap has reduced by at least 80%. Lainy still eats veg but very little processed crap. Even quality Carnivore is cheaper than processed rubbish. 🍳🥩

I enjoyed this video because It’s encouraging to see other UK carnivores navigating the supermarkets. Personally I would steer clear of soft cheese because it is UPF and may cause gut problems.

Hiya. Myself and my husband are in our 60s and on Keto at the moment but hoping to transition to Carnivore in the new year. Already finding the Keto way of eating more expensive than the standard diet so a bit nervous about the cost of going Carnivore. We are both doing it for health reasons.

Keep up the brilliant work mate... If I may suggest, The BBB&C power bowl is amazing ( got it for my lunch today)...I would consider using full fat double Cream instead of the soft cream cheese which has too many processesd junk in it..ie high saturated fat content, sugar, gum etc and use real hard cheese instead for flavour. Just be careful of the already grated variety as potatoe starch is used to stop it sticking together.
You want to try and keep it as clean and natural / orgainc as possible mate.

PS: As we now know everything we put into our bodys has an effect in some way which will effect our optimal performance and health. ❤

Hi New subscriber here. I have been keto for over 2 years and made the decision to go carnivore after checking out the research, benefits and downsides. I am new into it but already seeing the benefits. I am a canny shopper and do a lot of shopping 4 hours before the shop closes where there can be amazing discounts on meat and fish. My recent best buy was 2 packs of value 25% fat minced beef which had been reduced to 63p a pack. When I went through the till as they were a multi buy I got an extra 50p off so from a total of £1.26 it became 76p for the two so 38p a packet. The only problem shopping this way is you never know what is going to be available but I find that adds to the experience.

Good video, enjoyed. You could add liver, chicken, lamb, any tyoe, chop it up and make burger patties with the 20/80 beef, very cheap, nutrient rich and makes the mince go further 👌🏼
Tins of sardines in brine at about 50p a go as well, mix with full fat cottage cheese if it works for you, bumps up your protein intake...

This is useful and not so different to what I do.

In Asda I buy 400g braising steak and cook in beef dripping.

I eat cheese rarely but nice to always have some handy should munchies strike.

I lost so much appetite on carnivore that I only have a black coffee for breakfast I struggle to eat first thing.

If I eat lunch I struggle to eat later. Mostly one meal a day but sometimes 2.

I could never eat all that in for days.

The ethos in this video takes Ibs off your belly and keeps £s in your wallet good job.

So happy to come across your video. My parter and I have decided to go carnivore and worried we couldn't afford it but really when you add up all the carb/sugary processed food you buy its not too different 👍🏻😄

Great video. If there's an Asda nearby. You can get a 400g steak for £3.50.

Gotta be honest, I find ground beef pretty bland myself. It's edible for sure, but it just doesn't have the same taste hit that a good old Ribeye does. I cook the mince with several eggs and bacon lardons, but it still seems bland. Steaks however, hit the spot every single time 🤤

Does that soft cheese have anything extra in like bamboo fibre? They all seem to come with fibres and gums in these days. Also what's in those hot dogs?!
