Welcome to your Quickstart guide to the carnivore diet. No fluff, no filler, just everything you need to be successful in your first month or two on the carnivore diet.
I’m Jenny, I’ve been on carnivore for over a year. This is the video I wish I had watched before I started this way of eating, and it contains some foundational information that is going to set you up for success down the road.
Today we will cover what carnivore is and isn't, prepping for day 1, some roadblocks you may encounter in that first month or two including keto flu and how to deal with it, and a simple and easy to follow plan to get used to the Carnivore diet.
Bare minimum blood tests I recommend getting (cost per test on Own Your Labs):
