This is a Delay timer board for Automatic Hand Sanitizer dispenser. This delay timer board works on DC 8 to 24 volts and you can interface any NPN or PNP IR proximity sensor.

User can adjust the dispensing delay time from 0 to 5 Seconds using the onboard multi-turn potentiometer. This is useful so adjust the amount of sanitizer that is dispensed by Automatic Hand Sanitizer Machine.

Digital IR proximity Sensor from 5 volts to 24 Volts can be connected to this board. In this application we are using E18 D80 IR proximity sensor.

The E18 D80 IR proximity sensor is very easy to use and works quite well in sunlight as well. The E18 D80 IR proximity sensor works on 5 volts.

Delay timer board automatically cuts off the Pump/Solenoid after the set time (delay period) even if the hand is still placed thus saving sanitizer by avoiding excess dispensing.

Using this Delay Timer Board you can control Pumps & Solenoids. In this delay timer circuit we are using Power Transistor to turn ON/OFF the load.

So start manufacturing Automatic Dispenser machine using this easy to implement Delay Timer Board

Can i use 5V Obstacle Sensor and 6-9V submersible pump for this Circuit? I am from Pune. I am planning for 20 qty if that is possible. Thanks

I had made a automatic sanitizer dispenser but there is a problem when ever the sanitizer gets finished in tank air bubble gets in motor and will not dispense till the air is removed. What needs to be done to avoid this problem.
