Creating A YouTube Channel for your child 13 or Under

You skipped the part where you are logged in with an Adult account. So its creating a kid-content channel under an adult account. If you set up a google account for your child, they will not allow a channel to be created under that child account.

This is not a good idea. Toddlers with YouTube accounts have been spamming gibberish with mashed up letters, emojis, timestamps, unrelated TV show titles, and other people’s usernames randomly. It’s also a sign that they could be watching any sort of inappropriate content that is not for kids. Don’t promote this stuff.
